We can help with

• The quiz and your results. Something looks wrong, a page does not load, or a step does not fit your hair.
• Corrections. You think a claim, number or study on the site is wrong or out of date. Please include the page link and, if you have it, the study. See our editorial policy for how we handle corrections.
• The email with your results. It did not arrive (check your spam folder first) or you want to report a message you did not ask for.
• Privacy questions. What we keep (almost nothing) and your rights. See the privacy notice.
• The Hairmetry products. Questions about the formulas or ingredients. The products are in development and not for sale yet.

We cannot help with

• Medical advice. We cannot diagnose hair loss or a scalp problem, or tell you which medicine to take. Please see a doctor or dermatologist. If you are losing hair suddenly or in patches, or your scalp is painful, see a doctor first.
• Emergencies. If you have a severe allergic reaction, chest pain or think you have been poisoned, call your local emergency number.

Quick answers

My results link stopped working. Your answers live in the link itself, so a link that was cut off or changed will not open. Take the quiz again; it takes two minutes.

Can I delete my data? There is nothing to delete: we have no accounts and do not store your answers, photos or email address.

Can I buy the products? Not yet. The product pages show what we plan to put in each formula and why.

Is Hairmetry really free? Yes. No ads, no affiliate links and no paywalls.

Before you write

Please do not send photos of your scalp or medical records by email. We do not need them to help you, and we would rather not hold health information about you.
