Returns and withdrawal

You can return an order within 14 days, without giving a reason. This page explains how. It goes with the terms of sale.

How to withdraw

Tell us that you want to withdraw. The easiest way is to email to be added with a clear statement, for example "I withdraw from my order number 123". You can also use the model form at the bottom of this page, but you do not have to. You do not need to give a reason.

The period

You have 14 days, counted from the day you (or someone you name) received the goods. If the order arrives in more than one parcel, the 14 days start when the last parcel arrives. You keep the deadline if you send your notice before the 14 days end.

What happens after you withdraw

• We refund the price of the goods and the standard shipping you paid within 14 days of getting your notice. Extra costs for a more expensive delivery method than our standard one are not refunded.
• We may wait with the refund until we have the goods back, or until you show proof that you sent them, whichever comes first.
• We refund with the same payment method you used, at no cost to you.
• Any free gift that came with your order goes back with it.

Sending the goods back

Send the goods back to us without delay, and within 14 days of telling us you withdraw. The return shipping costs are for you. Please pack the goods well. You are responsible for any loss of value caused by handling the goods more than needed to check what they are and how they work.

Opened hygiene products

For health and hygiene reasons you cannot return sealed hair and scalp products once you have broken the seal after delivery. Products that are still sealed and unused can be returned as normal.

Damaged or wrong items

If your parcel arrives damaged, or you received something other than what you ordered, email us with a photo within a few days of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund you, and we pay the return shipping in these cases. This is separate from your right to withdraw.
